Dining Room Update

Man alive.

I intend to write an entirely separate post about the construction of our pipe shelves, which turned out great, but took a little longer to assemble than anticipate. Sneak preview above.

Next up is a new dining room table. We're following the instructions at HomeMade Modern once again for what we hope to be a fairly straightforward project.

The plywood has already been purchased and cut. Now we just need to glue, clamp, stain, and add some legs. Sound easy enough and if we're really lucky, this will have only taken one (you read that right!) trip to Home Depot.

With any luck, I'll be able to sit down and eat a meal before I turn 30. Stay tuned for the grand unveiling of what is sure to be the most impressive dining room you've ever set eyes on.
